Sphier Travels is an independent travel agency. Refund eligibility for airline tickets is governed primarily by the airline's own fare conditions and applicable DOT regulations. Our role is to advise you on your options and submit refund requests to the airline on your behalf. We are transparent about all options before any cancellation is processed.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, airlines operating flights to, from, or within the United States must allow passengers to cancel reservations without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the flight departs at least 7 days later. If you are within this window, call us immediately โ we will process your cancellation and submit a full refund request on your behalf.
Fully refundable fares allow you to cancel before scheduled departure and receive a cash refund to your original payment method. The amount refunded from the airline will reflect the full ticket price; Sphier Travels service fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Service fees charged by Sphier Travels are non-refundable in all standard circumstances. This applies to fees paid for bookings, modifications, and cancellations. All fees are disclosed upfront. No charge is made without your verbal authorization.
Refund timelines are controlled by the airline, not Sphier Travels. We submit your request promptly, but processing periods are determined by the airline's internal systems.
