Sphier Travels is a registered trade name of AIRTKTSERVICES LLC, an independent travel agency operating in the United States. We are not an airline, and we have no ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with any airline. We serve exclusively as an accredited intermediary between travelers and airlines.
By contacting Sphier Travels, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Sphier Travels provides the following on behalf of clients:
All bookings are subject to airline availability and the fare rules of the applicable carrier. We act as agent — not as principal — in every transaction.
Sphier Travels charges service fees for all transactions, including bookings, changes, upgrades, and cancellations. These fees are separate from airline fares, taxes, and carrier-imposed fees. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction is finalized. No charges are made without your explicit verbal authorization.
Airline fares are dynamic and may change at any time until your booking is fully confirmed and payment has been processed. Any fare quoted verbally is an estimate only. The confirmed price is established at the time of payment processing.
Full payment is collected at the time of booking. By providing payment details, you authorize AIRTKTSERVICES LLC to charge the confirmed transaction amount. A booking confirmation is issued upon successful payment.
Refund eligibility is determined by the airline's fare rules and applicable DOT regulations. Sphier Travels service fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, timelines, and procedures.
Flight changes are subject to airline availability, change fees, and fare differences as governed by the airline's policies. All associated costs will be presented to you in full before any modification is processed. Name changes are subject to individual airline rules and may not be permitted under certain fare types.

Sphier Travels (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) acts solely as a booking agent. We are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, including schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or lost baggage. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fees you paid for the specific transaction in question.
We are not liable for service disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, airline strikes, pandemics, or technical system outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
